As part of our continued international expansion, we’re seeking a motivated Growth & Community Development Partner to help us connect with audiences around the world, build meaningful relationships, and support the ongoing growth of our community.
About the role
In this role, you’ll help create awareness of our programs, engage with prospective clients and partners, and contribute to the growth of our global community. This is a flexible, independent opportunity suited to someone who enjoys people, personal growth, and making a positive impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, partners, and community members.
- Supporting outreach and engagement activities across online platforms.
- Sharing information about our personal and leadership development programs and events.
- Participating in training, team meetings, and personal development activities.
- Helping create a welcoming, supportive experience for new community members.
What we’re looking for
- A positive, self-motivated professional with strong communication skills.
- An interest in personal growth, leadership development, and helping others succeed.
- Confidence building relationships and engaging with people online and in person.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, business development, coaching, education, or community engagement is helpful, but not essential.
